www.mobilejuicing.com is a locally owned and operated mobile apple juicing trailer, making great tasting juice from your fruit. Our clean, professional service provides you with your pasteurized, packaged apple juice, ready for resale or personal use.
Our high-tech, certified organic, german-engineered mobile juicing machine travels the Vernon, Kelowna, Penticton, Oliver, Osoyoos, the rest of the Okanagan Valley and beyond and is capable of processing over 500 litres of juice per hour. We use convenient bag-in-box packaging for optimal storage, preservation and low-energy consumption.
Pressing your Apples
Our machine works best for juicing apples and other hard fruits. Our hydraulic press pushes the apple juice out of the fibrous fruits, through layered mats and special latticed wood slats and into a holding tank before pasteurization.
Pasteurizing your Apple Juice
Our specialized Flash Pasteurization or High Temperature Short Time processing is the safest way to eliminate bacteria while retaining all of the natural flavor and consistency of the juice and much of its nutritional value.
We heat the apple juice to around 78 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds, this “Short Time” process minimizes nutritional loss while maximizing consumer safety and satisfaction. It is still hot when packaged, increasing safety even more.
Packaging your Apple Juice
We use convenient and safe bag-in-box packaging for increased shelf life, value and ease of storage. The innovative Vitop valve doesn’t allow air to enter the bag and contaminate the apple juice, therefor extending the life of the product, even after opening. The apple juice remains fresh and tasty for three months after opening, with or without refrigeration.
We use top quality bags and sturdy boxes to ensure proper storage and presentation of your product. We will always leave room on the juice boxes for your personal labels and nutritional labels if required.
Other Services
PRESSING ONLY
For cider makers who do not want pasteurization, we can connect our tanks to yours and you can take the juice home for further processing.
PASTEURIZING ONLY
For juices that need to be pasteurized and packaged, but are best pressed with other methods (ie. grapes and cherries).
The Process of Making Apple Juice
A labourer provided by the Farmer scoops the apples onto a conveyer belt where the fruits are first washed with high pressure water, then ground into an apple-mash.
The apple-mash is pumped into the pressing forms, layering the mash-filled cloth with latticed wood slats. The apple filled cloths are layered 7 high on one side, while the other side is pressing.
The hydraulic press squeezes the apple juice through the cloth and fills a holding tank, while we fill the other side of the press with apple mash.
From the holding tank, the apple juice is pumped through the flash pasteurizer at 78 degrees Celcius for 15 seconds, killing all bacteria while maintaining natural great flavour and consistency. Our apple juice contains some of the pulp as we do not filter it in any way after the pressing process.
It is then loaded into 5L or 10L Bag-in-the-Box style packaging, and maintains its storage life for up to a year, or three months once opened. No refrigeration is required at any time.

Value Added: As a value-added product to existing operations, juicing some of your apples increases your overall profit margin. You don’t need premium apples to make juice, cull apples work perfectly. In fact, there is often a higher profit from a juiced apple than a premium raw apple.
