Laffort Zymaflore Égide - a combination of Torulaspora delbruekii and Metschnikowa pulcherruma, this yeast is used for bioprotection of grapes in place of SO2. These strains were selected from the natural microflora of grapes, and will colonize media thereby reducing and restricting the growth of degrading organisms in the pre-fermentation stages. Along with the offered protection, these strains were chosen for their organoleptic neutrality. Suggested dose is 50ppm.
