Clos du Soleil is thrilled to unveil its new Lumière Collection of elegant, lower-alcohol wines, at just nine percent alcohol, crafted with exceptional flavour and beautiful balance. Described as having a complex flavour profile, these new wines have only about 80 calories per serving.
The Lumière Collection is a small-lot, limited 2025 release featuring two picks from the 2024 vintage: a crisp, zesty and refreshingly dry Sauvignon Blanc and the dry, vibrant and summer-ready Rosé made from 100 percent Sangiovese grapes.
Made from Washington grapes transported to the Similkameen Valley winery, with all the care and craftsmanship expected from a Clos du Soleil wine, these are light on alcohol and calories, but full of character. Think traditional taste, delicacy and complexity — with all the depth of flavour and aroma as a favourite full-alcohol dry wine — without the weight.
With desires for lower alcohol options, Clos du Soleil’s Lumière Collection offers a nine percent alcohol content choice.
Incredibly food-friendly, Clos du Soleil says these are the kinds of wines that are perfect for pairing with summer patio lunches or long, light-filled evenings in the backyard with friends and family.
Clos du Soleil’s winemaking philosophy has always been rooted in authenticity and a deep respect for place. The winery wants to tell the story of the land where the grapes were grown through wine. The Lumière Collection is a natural extension of that mission, allowing the winery to share the story in a new way — one that speaks to adaptability and the recognition of modern lifestyle choices.
