TricorBraun WinePak recently launched EcoStep, a full-service offering designed to help wineries of all sizes simplify the process of reducing environmental impact. It’s a comprehensive solution that achieves sustainability goals through packaging.
“Consumers are increasingly demanding more sustainable solutions from their wineries, and they are willing to trade up to support those that share their values,” says Kathy Brooks, senior vice president and general manager with TricorBraun WinePak. “We believe sustainability should be accessible and achievable. EcoStep was created to simplify that journey.”
The offering includes ready-to-ship, sustainable packaging options, such as lightweight bottles and recyclable screwcap closures, recyclable Kraft cartons, and packaging consultants. Additionally, it features specialized EcoStep logos or QR codes to highlight sustainability details.
TricorBraun WinePak also uses a sophisticated lifecycle analysis tool to evaluate the full supply chain impact of the bottles featured in its EcoStep catalogue. Only packaging that meets key sustainability criteria earns the EcoStep logo.
The Burgundy screwcap wine bottle weighs in at 396.89 grams.
