Penticton’s Time Winery has hired former Liquidity chef Matt Martin as its chef de cuisine, and Robbie Hundertmark as estate sommelier.
Martin joins the team after working for a season at Liquidity Bistro, and previous experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark and San Francisco. Martin will be tasked with helping develop the new seasonal menus at TIME under the guidance of chef AK Campbell.
Hundertmark is also joining the team to enhance the winery’s epicurean experience as sommelier. He will be responsible for developing flights and pairing programs for TIME’s tasting experiences.
