The Penticton Trade and Convention Centre is gearing up for a celebration of local viticulture with Winter Sips - South, presented by Valley First. Part of the Okanagan Winter Wine Festival, the grand tasting set for Jan. 20, marking the start of a week-long indulgence in the region's finest wines.
The grand tasting event, held from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, promises to be a night of discovery and enjoyment, featuring an impressive lineup of 25 renowned BC wineries. Among them are Bench 1775 Winery, Black Market Wine Co., Church & State Wines, High Note Estate Winery, and Hillside Winery & Bistro, each bringing their unique flavours to the table. Not to be missed are Laughing Stock Vineyards, Liquidity Wines, Moon Curser Vineyards, and Moraine Estate Winery, adding to the diverse tapestry of local wines.
Further enriching the evening's experience, Nk'Mip Cellars Winery, Noble Ridge Vineyard and Winery, Phantom Creek Estates, Red Barn Winery, Red Rooster Winery, Road 13 Vineyards, and See Ya Later Ranch will serve up their finest creations. Adding to the mix are Stag's Hollow Winery, Tinhorn Creek Vineyards, Township 7 Vineyards & Winery, and Wesbert Winery, ensuring a taste for every palate.
As wine enthusiasts mingle in the ballroom, they will be treated to an ambiance of sophistication and festivity. The evening will not only offer a chance to sample exquisite wines but also to enjoy small bites and live entertainment by DJ Shakes, creating a perfect blend of gastronomy and music.
