Opening Keynote - "Think, Plan, Act" - how to create extraordinary results in work and life!  Presented by Hugh Culver.

It is possible to survive, even excel, in our new Age of Distraction - but only if you change how you Think, Plan, and Act.  Based on his best-selling book, "Give Me a Break", Hugh Culver's high-energy keynote is perfect for busy people with To-Do lists that never end!

Volunteer Recruitment and Retention  

Volunteers – they can be your ag society’s greatest strength and biggest challenge! Volunteers are an important source of expertise and energy for most organizations – but they are not so easy to find, and harder yet to keep. This session will provide you with insights into how to successfully approach volunteer recruitment and how you can encourage and motivate your volunteers to stay positive and engaged. You will receive some valuable tools that you can put into practical use with your organization and learn some essential rules of volunteer management.

 The Art of Sponsorship

If you are just starting a sponsorship program, or having trouble getting one off the ground, this session is for you. We will cover creating an inventory of your sponsorable assets, identifying potential sponsors, how to make the approach, delivering the benefits, nurturing the relationship, and sponsorship evaluation.  You will receive samples of sponsorship proposals and learn about resources that are available to help you in your search.
