The curriculum for the four-day 2021 Oregon Wine Symposium is currently under development. The schedule will include a daily session on viticulture, enology, and wine business, as well as an inspiring general session presentation and updates on industry-funded research.
Each year, the Oregon Wine Board works with industry volunteers who comprise its Education Committee to carefully evaluate and design the curriculum around the most pressing needs of the industry. The needs assessment comes from survey input, qualitative feedback, and marketplace trend analysis.
This process begins in the spring each year. If you have a topic or speakers you would like to recommend, please submit your suggestions via this form before March 31.
