Ten apprentice chefs compete to create a unique small plate that pairs perfectly with their partner winery. This year’s challenge ingredients include fresh fish from Haida Wild, Canadian beef, and cheese from Saputo. Taste the creativity of these young chefs, and enjoy the beautiful setting of the Atrium at Okanagan College.
