Wine Barrel Racks
Western Square wine barrel racks are produced to order in either stainless steel or powder coated mild steel. Our barrel racks are designed to accommodate a wide variety of barrel sizes and shapes up to 600L. We also offer a wide range of specialized styles, including puncheon racks, cave racks, and half racks.
Barrel Master
Western Square Barrel Master's patented stacking system provides the most visibility and accessibility to your barrels with a more stable footprint. Barrel Master wheels allow the barrel to roll in place.

Red Fermenter
This specialty rack allows you the ability to safely rotate your barrels a full 360 degrees without removing them from the rack or the stack. The Red Fermenter has the same footprint as our Barrel Master.

- Drive wheel allows barrel rotation by a hand tool or mechanical means (Drill and WSI socket with adapter)
- Wheels are canted to prevent barrels from walking off
- Accessible by forklift from all four sides
Barrel Washing System
Western Square's barrel washing system is an efficient 3-step system. Workers using our washing system can clean, drain, and replace barrels without ever lifting a barrel by hand. Use a forklift to lower a rack with barrels onto the roller stand, leaving the barrels to rest on the roller stand's wheels while the rack drops out of the way. Rotate the barrels bung side down and attach our optional washing wand and spinning ball attachments to rinse out your barrels with ease.
Cave Racks
The Western Square Cave Barrel Rack is built out of stainless steel or powder coated mild steel. This system gives you an alternative solution if you do not have the ability to use our traditional barrel racks due to low ceilings or tight floor space.
Rolling Ladders
The Stokes Rolling Ladder was introduced to the market place in the early 1990's and it is still the industry standard for safety in barrel room or cellar. We are proud to be the sole distributor for the Stokes Rolling Ladder in North America.
Stokes' rolling ladders for barrel rooms come in three sizes: four barrels, five barrels and six barrels high-- based on the Western Square 7" Double Bar Rack height.
